I went in this store only twice and that will be the last!! I loved the old location and those employees! Brought in pic of nice stereo that I had in the car are asked what I could do and they said nothing!! 4 of these have sold on eBay for $200+ since September. Everything I have tried to pawn for some cash they don't even look at it!! I guess if it's not a gun or stolen power tools they don't want it!!! Lastly the couple things I looked at they were asking more than the stores!! Man outside said he sold them a drill for $25 and they had $150 on it!!

I purchased a gun yesterday and at last minute was looking at a50 tv I said the price was the same as a new one at Walmart so there was a 40 at the end I ask does this tv work told yes so after paying I grab the tv that's plugged in at register the manager says no that's not yours he's getting yours off the shelf which was off still so mines was never checked out he puts straight in my truck and I get home tv doesn't work so I call to get another or money back manager says no that tv was on no it wasn't we checked it out before you left no you didn't that's so wrong she knew it didn't work before I walked out door so they are crooked thieves selling broken items for what they need to be ashamed

Very nice and down to earth folks and their prices are great and the quality is wonderful. They will also work with you and help you out. I highly recommend this place. This is my only go to place now. Great selection as well! I go to the Shephersdville store in Shepherdsville and not the one on Dixie Hwy. Leslie was very helpful and extremely friendly.

It's a little cluttered, but pawn shops usually are. they only had 3 games for the Nintendo switch I picked one for a Xmas gift. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wish they would have had more options for games but am happy I found the one I did

Excellent place to do business. They will do their very best to adjust their prices to both parties satisfaction. Maria was very helpful and knowledgeable about the firearm I bought. Highly recommend stopping in and seeing these good people.

Just left the Dixie Hwy location - a young lady was waiting on me. I was selling 16 grams of 10k gold - she offered $100. I asked how when 10k is at $22.77 a gram spot value today. She lied and said gold is $10 a gram, and hasn’t even been $20 a gram in over a year. Beware - They are doing their best to take advantage of customers - maybe let them take their franchise back to shepherdsville where they can tip off the citizens of their namesake city.Shady shady shady!!!

I went in to check and see what I'd be offered on some gold and I was stunned at the audacity... Offering 25$ on a solid gold art deco ruby herem ring . I know my jewelry, I've sold online for 10+ years. I might look young and d*** but that surely isn't the case. I tried not to laugh when the guy said I'll take this for 25$ ha! In your dreams buddy!Trying to screw over customers won't keep you in business for long. I've had a 5 star rating for 10+ years myself. I've read a lot of the other reviews on here and who ever is responding from this "company" seems more about proving the customer wrong rather than fixing any issues. Not to mention putting private information out there that's not anyone's business. That's extremely unprofessional! You can't run a business like that . That's like shooting yourself in the foot and trying to walk.

They tried to sell me a rusty kel-tec p32 for retail price and tried to offer me $150 for my Glock 26 gen 5 ( which new was $600+ ) and the clerks laughed amongst each other when I asked for a reasonable price of $380 for said firearm that was never fired. If you want to pay retail for subpar firearms or want to be offered penny's for your valuable firearms or anything else for that matter they're the absolute best place to go, but if you wanna go to a pawnshop and spend 2nd hand money like you would at a pawnshop then id highly recommend going elsewhere!!

Knew a lady that worked there was a manager, w very good work history there. long story short had to move on to bigger and better things so she gave a proper two weeks notice, and they decided to fire her right there on the spot instead of finishing the bi week. (Horrible) The owner over charges as well. Big time.
