went on Friday night, paid $15.75.. only one side of the wash ever sprayed anything out on the car, got water and maybe a few bubbles but never any soap. when I pulled out it looked like it had never been washed. highly recommend, not going to this wash. No call back on refund.

Moby's has been in shepherdsville for years it use to be a great car wash not sure what happened went there a few months ago paid and it didn't work called the number the guy called back days later and said I'd get a free wash in the mail not sure how that works since your only option is cash or card needless to say I never received it won't be going there again

Been getting my car wash here for years and it has always been a great experience, my car is always spotless, it looks like they take pride at this car wash , always clean and equipment always working they must have a great mechanic that works there to keep it in good working order

Horrible Experience of washing my new car. It still stays dirty and the windshield has sticky spots on it and it looks so nasty. The car is little bit clean from sides but the front brush is so dirty which makes the car dirty instead of cleaning. Also it cause color chipping to my car which is really really big upset to me.

Went through touchless and it left soap all over the truck. Called number on pay station, immediately was given a code to go through again. Went through again and it was worse. Customer service is great, carwash itself deserves negative stars. Won't be coming back.

I started with choosing touch free wash, when I enter, it wouldn't work, called service and she was nice and let me in the foam wash. While sitting in the car, had a funny feeling that this isn't going to protect my car. Felt like a tornado in there, I thought I was going to lose the side mirrors on both sides, which has moved towards the body of car and lucky not broken and windshield wipers. I did noticed the front of my grill had chipped ( cracked) and ripped out the piece that covers the tow hitch. When I went back looking for it, I found it but can't put it back due to grill cracks. Also found other parts that must belong to others. The machines looked as it needs fixing, there were more parts in between machines. Honestly think it's unfair to pay high price and not properly safer for vehicles. This company needs updating for better care.

Wonderful carwash! Always does a great job cleaning my car. My family all go to this location and have always had excellent results.
