I'm trying to get medications switched from one provider to another, however I've been waiting for them to pick up the phone for over 10 minutes. Ive been trying to contact someone for an hour... Kroger needs to hire more people if they're understaffed. Or maybe the pharmacists dont pick up the phone because they have lunch in a few minutes...? Idk what going on but it's getting ridiculous. I literally just need them to fac something to my provider ?

I wish if I could give negative star. Worse pharmacy ever. I made my fourth trip to pick up medicine for my daughter and was told not ready yet come back after one hour. When I mentioned about poor service than staff responded rudely. Try to pick different pharmacy.?

Terrible service. Medications are never done in a timely manner. I've went days without needed medications after called in for a refill a week early. They must be overwhelmed with patients, try a pharmacy that can handle the patient load.

TERRIBLE!!!! They NEVER answer the phone. EVER. Always a long wait to pick up prescription. Do yourself a favor and head on over to Walmart!

I’ve called the pharmacy and it’s still ringing approximately 1000 times. I’m not exaggerating. It’s only 7:19 pm. Closing hours is 8 pm. This is redidulous !! What if it were an emergency? Get it together please

Pitiful. Very pitiful. Very Very pitiful. Prescription called in by Flaget Hospital over12 hours ago. My son has a blood clot and needed a prescription for Eloquis. We tried to call pharmacy 2 times around 10am, no answer. Drove up here was told prescription was never called in. Checked with Flaget was told they left order on voicemail. Tried to call pharmacy back 3 more times but no answer, finally drove back up to Kroger around asked again and was told again that they had recipe no order, told pharmacy to check their phone mail and guess what Flaget had called it input no one again answered the phone or checked their voice mail. What kind of out fit are you all running. No wonder your ratings are what they are. And you,ll probably not do anything about this complaint. Again very Very pitiful..I'd fire me a bunch of people and start over.

As a former Kroger employee I am ashamed of you all! Other pharmacies take OTC prescriptions and insurance DOES cover them!!!!! If insurance company did not cover them, doctors would not write the prescription with a refill!!!!! And there was no need to throw the prescription, back into my boyfriend's face, for that I am calling management!!!! And I will be taking my family's business elsewhere!

My boyfriend just went to Kroger pharmacy to fill our toddlers prescription. But it was an OTC product. The prescription paper was thrown back at him and he was told that insurance doesn't cover OTC. But I know that is a lie because I have family that gets OTC from their pharmacies and insurance pays for it! So I will be taking my familys business somewhere else!! As a former Kroger employee, I am ashamed of you all!!!

Tried to reach the pharmacy three times today and the auto phone system transferred me to speak to a pharmacist three separate times and immediately hung up on me three times. I was calling to discuss transferring my scripts to this store. With their negative reviews and my experience today I could not recommend this place to anyone. What a shame. Once the go to store!

I called the pharmacy 3 times this week about Eliquis and kept telling them I have a $10 copay card. They kept saying they needed a pa I go through this monthly with that pharmacy, I asked “jonathon” why this keeps happening ( trying to figure out of there was something I could do to prevent running out of blood thinner again next month) His reply was lady, I don’t know what’s going to happen tomorrow I said excuse me? He replied, life is unexpected . I said sir, I didn’t ask you about life, I asked you is there a reason this keeps happening and I go two or three days without my blood thinner? He hung up on me after I gave him a piece of my mind! This pharmacy is so bad! The people that work there are unfriendly and appear to hate their jobs I’m going to switch
