I use the click list and people have not been bagging groceries correctly and they are not only always out of stuff but when they are they don't even bother to check for substitutions it's ok shopping inside but the click list is not good and about the bagging they put 2 gallons of milk in a paper bag and as soon as we bring it in the kitchen the bag ripped and both of the gallons of milk bust all over the floor so we spent 2-3 hours cleaning that up

Either it was being your pet to work day or they have a mice problem. Very dirty store, it smelt like a state fair pig show.

After so many unsatisfactory visits I had nearly lost my patience. Finally today’s fiasco (with trying to speak to a pharmacist) turned into trying to speak with ANYONE in the store, and being disconnected every single time by their automated phone line, both at the store and the MAIN 800 number, I have officially had it with Kroger.

Kroger grocery store that services the city of Shepherdsville Kentucky. Kroger is a regional grocery store that services and has tons of locations in the Lousiville Kentucky area and nearby Al cities such as Shepherdsville . Pretty standard super grocery store in the same vein as a Winn Dixie or the grocery side of a wal mart. They do require a Kroger plus card to get discounted prices. So that's kinda annoying. Just charge everyone the same price and be on with it. Especially since if you don't have one a worker or nearby customer will just let you use there. Anyways Thai particular location is a nicer one. Very spacious and very large. They do a. Good job on the upkeep of the store. They have decent sales items as most Kroger do (as long as you have the Kroger plus card). Overall not a bad location. Service here is solid. Lines can get long as there aren't too many grocery options in Shepherdsville but they do a good job on keeping the lines moving on my few trips here when in the area.

Don’t go here if you want a money order cashed. They will not cash it. Will tell you it hasn’t been 48 hours. (Been over 80 hours) I called before going into Kroger and after and the number said no holds. Drove straight to hillview Kroger which cashed it no problem. Maybe she was anti-law enforcement. On 02/11/2022 Just tried again. Refused to cash it. Tried to say it’s not available. When I called Western Union before walking into Kroger they stated it was. Just came from Walgreens. Guess what they cashed it.

None of the cashiers are above high school age which is fine but they all move incredibly slow. There are rarely baggers and the last 5 trips I’ve personally bagged my $300 worth of groceries. Pretty ridiculous

This is the largest Kroger's Liquor I've seen and Jim was so nice and helpful, providing information about local bourbons. Would definitely recommend!!!
