Avoid this Ken Towery location. The customer service and value of buying new tire road hazard and lifetime rotations needs improvement. They have routine personnel shortages and underlying management issues. I tried twice to use my new tire warranty and both times they couldn't accommodate me. The first was for a tire rotation, they were booked for 2 weeks before they might be able to fit me in. The second time was for a flat tire repair. Told me to leave it for the day and they might get to it by 5 PM. Instead, I aired up the leaky tire and went to the next nearest Ken Towery in Hillview on Preston Highway where they helped me immediately. Shepherdsville Ken Towery has lost my future

I was stuck on the side of the road with a blown out tire. I called the office and provided my tire size. The staff ordered the tire in advance while I waited two hours for the tow truck. Once there they were able to immediately work on my car and get me on my way.

Do NOT go here! Not trustworthy! I Took my car in for a simple tire rotation. After I left I received a call that it was dangerous to be driving my car with the tires I have on the front because they were worn out (which they are not ) . The young gentlemen said the front tires needed to stay on the front since they were the more used tires compared to the back tires and he would not be rotating my tires. He then tried to sell me two new tires and of course I declined. I took my car to my mechanic house who I fully trust and has worked on my car for years ( but unfortunately retired his work shop in June) and he looked at the tires and said they were fine and the newer tires should always be on the front of a car and Ken Towerys didn’t know what they were talking about. Brought in a service van that this Ken Towery"s had been servicing since it was new. Called this store the day before to make an appointment for balancing tires and rotating them as they installed these about a year ago. They said bring it in the following day. Dropped the keys off at 6am and left the van. Stopped in around 11:30am, it never moved from were i parked it. Spoke with what I assumed was a manager that said this would be done around 2pm. Waited around till 1:30 and finally had to just get the keys and leave. If you didn't have time to work on the truck you should had just said so instead of tying up how i make my living. Guess you have one less thing to do now.

I had a flat on I-65, I came in on July 2nd, 2024 paid in full for an alignment, oil change and four new tires. They couldn’t align my car and never refunded me the money. The final bill I got was $130 cheaper but they never sent a refund. I probably wouldn’t do business here. Make that invoice make since the grand total is higher than the charge.

HUGE thank you to Ken Towery’s for taking care of us so quickly on July 4th! We had a blowout on the interstate coming home to TN from Cincinnati, but thank God it happened just a few miles from this place. They went above and beyond through the entire process. We wouldn’t have made it home that day without them!

Great experience. Was broke down while traveling in shepherdsville Kentucky. I needed an alternator replaced on my car. I stopped in and saw Steve Nance. He was very accommodating and got my car in right away. They replaced my alternator and I was in and out within 1 hour and back on the road. Absolutely superb service the best of the best! If you ever need anything fixed on your car stop in and see Steve... he will take great care of you
