My name's Corey Stanford I worked here and it was terrible they jack up a lot of prices they take cheaper walmart tags off new clothing and price it way higher than walmart you make you do 4 jobs and you only get paid for one job because they don't want to hire to many people I have a disability and I was mistreated by the manager and another employee they would talk about me behind my back when I wasn't there just like they would talk about other people and make fun of them when they wasn't there they love you make fun of me and crack on me knowing it was messing with my depression and anxiety I was always upset with myself and blaming myself until I realised what they were doing Amanda told me it was confendental when I talk to her about my problems and things of that nature it never was one day she was there when someone was making fun of me and my disability she didn't help me then i she told them everything because I only told her I was even told I could enroll in my GED if I didn't have any write up and I don't then when my coached contacted someone they told her I couldn't enroll because I missed days at work how they they lie and say I can with no Wright ups and change it in mins and I went into the office and one of the mangers looked up payroll I was supposed to get payied for the holiday for new years she showed me my days I worked the day before and after then Amanda said you didn't work Sunday and I worked the before and after day I was schedule I was discriminated on and i know no one should have to go through that at work I'm contacting bbb and the attorney general's office they need to know how some people get treated by the goodwill...

Worst thrift store in a 30 minute radius. Costs a LOT and the selection is always very poor. Currently waiting in line for the past 20 minutes with 4 people in front, no movement, because an employee isn’t available.

Unbelievable... Broken items at prices higher than new in store. Customer service is rude and unkind. They beg ( guilt) homeless people for their change to fund job placement. I used to love this store but it no longer cares about community or customer in any way. This community gives plenty but this store asks for more. Shame.

They don’t have the color of the week marked correctly. There is 4 signs in the store that I seen that said red but only one that said yellow. So we thought the color was red. The girl at the front counter is rude!

Fabulous Goodwill in Sheperdsville, KY. One of the neatest and cleanest facilities I've ever been to!!? Prices are very reasonable, staff is helpful and they even have cart ? wipes and sanitizer at the entrance. Even saw the cashier wiping the check out counters down!!!? HUGE in my book because everyone else has become totally inept at keeping things clean. Covid or not, it's flu season now!!! So major props to these people for continuing TO KEEP the germs down!!! WISH everyone was STILL doing these precautions!! Definitely doesn't hurt and only takes a minute!!! I live in Bardstown KY but I'd still travel to visit this store!!!?
