I have been a member of Abound Federal credit Union for about 3 years now. The entire staff at Shepherdsville Walmart location is hands down the BEST that I have ever work with in all of my banking needs.

I have been coming here since I got a loan for a car when I was 17 in the last eight years I've never had a bad experience that's why I have kept this bank even after my loan was up they have great costumer service I feel like family when I walk in

Been with this bank for about 7 years. This branch in particular makes its own rules and policies. Every branch I've been to has been friendly and helpful unlike the folks that work here. I will say there is one younger woman there who is very helpful but that's about it. I will be driving an extra 15 minutes out of my way just to avoid this branch in particular.

This place is the worst financial institution I’ve ever dealt with I transferred a car loan there and it has been nothing but trouble ever since. I would say don’t walk but run away from this place. I cannot urge you strongly enough to stay away this place is easily easily easily the worst I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve dealt with many many many banks and financial institutions as these people call themselves LOL

If don’t have an account with them. Please go else where. I tried get $20 in quarters with a 20 dollar bill. It as if they was afraid I was going do money laundry. When I was not.

The staff are very nice, but the bank is horrible!! Don't go here!!! All they will do is take your money and charge fee after fee
