I emailed Steve about a backdrop for my daughters junior prom, which was 2 days before the event, not only did he talked me through the photos I needed to send (size and quantity) but he continued to correspond with me through emails to make this day special for all of us. The backdrop was BEAUTIFUL!!!! And all of our guests were amazed when they saw it. We received so many compliments. I am 100% satisfied with the customer service and the product, I will definitely be using them again!!!!
