never buy from them ‼️ they sold me a chevy cruise not even a week later it was smoking , running lean and had a check engine light . they agreed to “ fix it “ i took it to their machanic three times within 2 weeks and nothing was ever fixed like they told me it was . they are now refusing to give me my title and plates until they speak with a attorney. very very poor customer service

I bought a car from them less then a year ago. It wasn’t the vehicle that I wanted I feel like this car was forced on me to buy because they knew there were things wrong with it. The first week I had it transmission went out in it had to put it in the shop to get it fixed The car has electrical problems speedometer has quit work big power steering and every dash light is on. Now the motor in the vehicle is pretty much done for. Mind you when the transmission went out I did go back up there to ask them if they could make the deal right and give a another vehicle and they refused. They used to be good car lot to deal with and would work with you if had a problem but for some reason they just have went down hill. They finance company that I am financing my vehicle through has put a complaint on them for selling cars in that condition so hopefully something will get resolved.

This place is the absolute non-professional used car dealer ship around. They said they would send the title the week we bought the truck it’s been almost 4 months and I haven’t got my title because they sent the title to Frankfort with the wrong address on it so it all got processed with the wrong address. I am more than completely fed up with them!!! If you’re looking to find a good used car do NOT come here, I had problems out of the truck I bought since THAT DAY. DO NOT buy here.

My Daughter and I caught covid. After that I started a new job I tried to get a payment extension threw Westlake financial. They didn't give it to me.They pulled my funding and bulliet county auto came and took the car back and kept my deposit. Even though I was in contact with them the entire time I was sick and when I started the new job. THEY would not work with me on any other vehicle or help me in any other way. $1400 they kept and got the car back. At 1 point I was told my funding never even went through because the girl in the office did my paperwork wrong. So I don't even know if I ever actually had the funding. I would definitely watch out for these people they know how to take it.

My girlfriend recently purchased a car from Bullitt County Auto & RV. I noticed a few things upon her bringing it home she called and the asked her to bring it in the next day. The replaced / repaired what they could right away. They even gave a loaner so she could leave the car there for further repairs. Keep in mind this is a used car that was bought “As Is” and they went above and beyond to make sure they sell quality and safe vehicles. In my opinion they now have customers for the life of their business as long as they continue to treat their customers with this kind of respect and I will spread good word of mouth about them.

Would give 0 stars if I could. They are terrible people. I told them not to submit my application not once but twice cause they have terrible cars. Was looking at one that a transmission was slipping. And wouldn’t take it down any. Then they continued to submit my application and run my credit. They need something done about them. Would not recommend even going there.
