Stopped by to pick up a multi pack home phone set, but unfortunately they only had single phones for sale.
The clerk here at Big Lots was very nice and helped me find the isle where the phones kept and apologized that they didn't have what I was looking for. To me that's great customer service and what I would like to see from all businesses!
I had to go to the big chain store that I really dislike shopping at!
I've been noticing that technology is making a lot of what used to be common things to be obsolete nowadays! ?

Went and bought 2 loveseats, and the guy who waited on us was excellent! Went back the next day to pick them up and him and another associate loaded them for us and thanked us. Great customer service.
