“This is my third visit and second review to the shop. Their honesty and integrity continues to impress me. Not only did they not “recommend“ other services and parts while my car was in there getting a brake job, he actually said my van didn’t even NEED brakes right now and what made me think it did? as it turns out, I was having some warped rotor issues at high speed in the mountains, so I had him go on and put the rotors on.Every experience has been great with his shop. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone and I can promise you my vehicles will go back to this shop for any future repairs.”
“I set a date with Steven to inspect my brakes and replace what was needed. The shop was ready for me, examined the brakes and stated what should be replaced. There was no pressure to do more than was needed for safety. I received a call regarding progress and a call when the job was complete. “I am not from the area and my vehicle was towed to the closest repair shop after breaking down on the interstate. Needless to say, I was not sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised with how friendly and helpful the entire staff was, even with my vehicle having been towed in and dropped off unannounced. The manager, Andrew, was incredibly helpful and gave me his honest recommendation on what would be most beneficial for me & my vehicle in my present scenario. “Sunday passing through on a holiday weekend and nobody is open or able to service our RV tires. But this place truly stepped up to the plate! We were driving down the road when the RV tire started leaking air and we discovered the stem was leaking (as luck would have it, we had the exact same problem yesterday on another tire). He was so kind and helpful in fixing the issue and keeping us updated during every step of the process on what he was doing and why. Got us back on the road in a little under an hour. Thank you!”
“So GLAD I found this gentleman to work on my car. I dropped my car off at 8 a.m., and I had it back by the end of the day. Owner was excellent with communication! He also called me to tell me what was wrong, & how much it was going to cost me before he started working on anything.
