“We used to be wih progresive insurance. Paying $371 a month.2 cars no renters insurance. We had been with them for over 12 yrs. Never late or missed any payment. At renewal time they raised our rates by $104 a month. To $475. Because their system didn't catch my speeding ticket at the last renewal. I called and tried to reason with them. No luck. So I told them to keep the policy. We would go else where. So we called every I mean EVERY other insurance company to quote us for auto insurance. And every one of them were extremely over priced. We thought we were stuck w1ith progressive! ( A little back ground.) We have 2 vehicles both 2017. I have 1 accident on my record and 2 speeding tickets.my wife has a clean record. And for what we needed to be insured, every insurance company out there wanted $600-$700 a month. Even a different state farm agent quoted me $657 a month. Some how Jessica and the guys at Ryan's office got our info. Gave us a call and took great care of our needs. When she told me the price, I asked her if she was sure? Man I was relived when she told me that it was correct. Jessica went above and beyond the call of duty looking for any and all savings possible. So not only are our vehicles fully covered, we now have renters insurance and it's cheaper than any other company, or what we were paying before. I would like to personally thank Jessica and the guys. You helped us out so much.”

They solicit me by mail on a regular basis.My most recent attempt at doing business with SF was when i traveled 13 miles to go purchase a policy in person at the Shepherdsville Ky office, money in hand, on a week day mid morning. Door locked, office dark.Another example of lack of customer service was several months ago when I called the number on the advertisement THEY SENT ME in the mail and got a generic message saying that all agents were busy helping other customers.I have finally given up trying to do business with SF. I have many more convenient and accessible choices. I make an effort to do business with local representatives of companies in my area but I don't have the time or the patience to beg them to take my money.”
