I am not from the area and my vehicle was towed to the closest repair shop after breaking down on the interstate. Needless to say, I was not sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised with how friendly and helpful the entire staff was, even with my vehicle having been towed in and dropped off unannounced. The manager, Andrew, was incredibly helpful and gave me his honest recommendation on what would be most beneficial for me & my vehicle in my present scenario. The way we were treated by everyone here helped to offer a small ray of sunshine on what was otherwise a truly terrible day.

Couldn't have been more friendly and helpful...seemed very knoledgable....did work for me before I was satisfied with at fair price..would have been a 5 but I thought they charged a little much to diagnose a blown transmission...but I'm an old guy..maybe that's what it costs these days...

My van needed some engine work. They were honest and kept me updated on the work and what all was needed. The price ended up being less than originally thought. They back up their work, and I would highly recommend Accurate Automotive!
