I will never come back to this Wal-Mart! Simple asking for help from a stock lady "Jessica" older redhead with glasses and the attitude I got from her like I was bothering her and ruined her day with my simple question. Someone like this does not need to be working anywhere near customers. Definitely hate seeing anyone lose their job but she definitely does not need to be working there anymore. Will drive to louisville before I return all because of this one person.

It has everything you need only compliant is at some or most of the Walmart have like barely any customer support on the floor. I but other then that it's the go to store!

Was shopping in Walmart for me and my mother as normal as soon as you walk in, there’s always someone looking to see where they can follow you to as if you are going to steal not a friendly store at all proceeded to do my shopping lady that had busted a bag of water I was helping her with it. I told her I would see if I seen anyone to help her get it cleaned up and she said she would look out for someone too. I found someone so they can get it up to do shopping. Went ahead and proceeded to go to check out a gentleman in behind me was talking to me as we cried on our conversation the little cashier lady finish checking out my things and help me with my card. That was acting crazy. I put my stuff in the bag and then pay for my mother’s things, the gentleman told me to have a great day and I proceeded to tell him the same. I went ahead and started walking toward the door this Mexican lady who was draped in cheap go around her neck and she go all over every finger on her hand asked me for my ticket. I said it’s in one of those bags right there , she just looked at me and stared so I reached down there and picked it up. Handed it to her. She made a small smirking noise. She looked at me and said I’m looking for these three things here which wore the soft drinks I said well it’s on that ticket then she made another smirking noise to tell me you pay for all this stuff for $36. I just looked at her and said no, I have two orders and you were looking for that soft drinks And nothing else then she shakes her head and says well I need to see your other ticket and gets on her little microphone and call security has stolen something so I proceeded to dig around to try to find the other ticket because I just stick the ticket in a bag, not known where because I was in a rush I finally found it in the bag at the bottom. It kept my hand out to hand them right back to me letting her know that I have nothing to steal. I don’t need to steal on the other hand. I could’ve asked her to show me her green card so she could go back and stand in her station , but I didn’t. She handed me my tickets back and just made a smart noise never said thank you nothing just turned her back to me and proceeded on. Yes I am a young black lady and this right here is stereotype just because she thought she had a black person who didn’t buy something all Black people are not like that just like people call her a wet back and there not. She is not a friendly customer person to greet people or to be associated with people with her type of attitude. She is a very poor personality and maybe she needs to have a class in diversity.

Went to Shelbyville Kentucky Walmart yesterday to pick up a prescription. I intended to grocery shop but again there were no electric carts so I couldn't. Went to Kroger for our groceries.
This happens all too often.
