Todd’s hero’d up for us and replaced my alternator on Good Friday as we were trying to get back to Illinois from Gatlingburg and broke down on the highway. Extremely good mechanics, they could have charged me anything and I would have had no choice but to pay it but they were extremely fair.

Horrible customer service, inconsistent information given, did not fix my vehicle's problem and it ended up being worse than when we brought it in, and cost my family our running vehicle plus approximately 1500 dollars. Never thought I would experience taking my vehicle to a repair shop to being robbed out of my money and a vehicle.

Todd's is the best! I needed a second opinion of a suggested repair that would have cost me over $4,000. I didn't realize a Chevrolet Equinox head gasket replacement could cost so much. Todd and his crew took a close look and determined it was not a bad head gasket. He took the time to explain and show me what he was seeing and why I was seeing a very small amount of oil on the engine. This is normal for an Equinox! In fact he told me he would not hesitate to jump in the vehicle and drive it across country in it's current condition. Very trustworthy!

I've used them on a few occasions since Big O switched to new management. So far my experiences have been extremely positive. They seem professional and work quickly. What you hope for from a well run small businesses with the owner working next to the rest of his guys, they seem invested in doing a good job. Quality work while avoiding the upselling and other Shenanigans of the big chains.

Todd’s was amazing the ford dealer quoted me something I couldn’t afford but Todd’s quoted me an estimate that was reasonable and they got my truck fixed and returned the next day ! They are amazing
