I was shopping for a Dewalt 60v weed trimmer and seen rural king in Shelbyville Ky had them for $269 so I drove their (which is 40 minutes from me) when I got to the store I seen they where 299 so when I was checking out I told the lady at the desk that the price online was 269 she said it's cheaper online bc if you order online you are responsible for shipping so I went back online and seen it was free shipping! So I called customer service and she said in the disclaimer online it said prices online may not be the same as in store. So at that point I would have paid $500 for the weed trimmer just not from them! So I went to the Georgetown store to return it and I told them the trouble I was having and they told me that wasn't right and they would honor the online sales price. The Georgetown store is a great store to work with. But I will never go back to the Shelbyville store again! If I could give zero stars I would.

Ran into the Shelbyville, KY location next to Kroger for some ammo and a silencer. They were fresh out of suppressors, but had all my necessities for the ammo. The gun guy was an excellent people person and well liked by the "regulars". I may have stumbled upon a nice, close to my rural farm gun shop. I lived in The 'Ville for 54 years. My Dad passed, so my brother and I inherited his farm. I decided to live there, again after 20 years past. RURAL KING is closer than Louisville, and a good deal more sociable in the way of discussion of equipment. 5 stars.
