You ( owners / managers) should NOT allow employees to be on their PHONES! Went to tan , got undressed and the stupid bed was never set! I walked out there and she was ON HER PHONE ! She didn’t set it which is super annoying!!!!! I just left because that’s so unacceptable!!!! Do better!

Too many cardio machines, not enough benches and smith machines. Only 1 bicep preacher machine that 90% of time is broken. Not enough weight training equipment, long waits for bench. Too many gaggles of teenagers, even 10pm on weekdays there is herds of teens clogging all the equipment.Staff is great, place is clean, just too busy, please add more weights, less cardio!
