We used to love this place despite this facility being higher than most places around. Customer service used to be great, but has fallen apart as of recent. The problems started when we had to bring in our car for some recalls and an oil change. We had realized they had broken the cover to our car charging port, and after contacting them about it is when they began to become temperamental. Not only did they break it, but took the broken cover off and threw it away. They claimed no fault in it being broken, despite it being fine before we brought it in as we use that charging port quite frequently. After a lot of back and forth between my wife and customer service (who treated my wife horribly), they said they would fix it. They said they ordered the part and would let us know when it came in. This was a few months ago, and they have yet to contact us. We had tried to contact them again soon after to no avail. Upon looking up the price of the part online, it is only $15 roughly. It is hard to believe they are willing to lose a customers business over $15, but we have since found a new place local that treats us better and is cheaper. This also further solidifies that we will never own a Ford again.

Sandy was great. She helped me get a new car with great mileage even after my bankruptcy. She worked diligently to find the right car within my budget and up to my high standards. Dustin and Scott were amazing as well. They made the process of financing signing and delivery as quickly and efficiently as possible. I’d recommend this dealership and team to anyone looking for a new car, even if you have bankruptcy on your record.
