I went to Kroger 2/07/24 and I bought a pair of shoes and used my Kroger card and just i took them back because they was they was mess up but when I took them back and now i feel like they are acting weird like i stole them. And i paid 31.80 for them.

I’m so incredibly thankful for the Kroger pick up crew. I can always count on them to provide quick and accurate service. Ive never had a mixed up order but if I did I know they would make it right! Each and every person who brings the carts from the store, meet you at your car window with a smile and the best attitudes! With 3 kids and a full time job you can bet my trunk is a mess, I always say “excuse the mess” to which they always just brush off. I appreciate that kindness so much. Jacob especially has made an impression! His name tag says “the goat” and I would have to agree. He’s always got the biggest smile on his face, his customer service is top notch, and he’s incredibly kind. Thank you, Kroger pick up crew! You’ve made this moms life so much easier! Your hard work does not go unnoticed!
