Bought a zero turn mower from Jimmy he was great !! He handles your sale Hassle free fast and efficient if he tells you he will get back to you in a few minutes that is what he does, I contacted 2 of his competitors on Wednesday both said they need some times to get their numbers to me and then said needed more info on my trade in finally heard from one on the following Saturday. Jimmy said send me pics and I did the next day 20 min later I had numbers and the day after that we made a deal!! Great job Jimmy I appreciate all you did for me!!!

Big oof. Drove 30 minutes in to talk about purchasing a cab tractor, only to be told that maybe I should drive down to their Bardstown location, or to come back sometime next month to see what they had.I had a reasonable expectation that I could get a ball park on price or some info, maybe a recommendation too.. Instead I got 5 minutes of a salesman’s time with the message to go somewhere else.

They are very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to Kubota products. I believe you can trust the people there to do what they say they will. Keep in mind that supply chain issues are effecting most all farm equipment dealers and few have any control over that. I feel the people at Jacobi will go the extra.mile for their customers.
