If I could give 0 I would. The worst customer service you can get. False claims on what is said to your face. Then to even get ahold of the branch you have to call 10 times just to get a rude person. If you don’t like your job find another one.

Won’t make up their mind on cashing my employers check. First check was held for 11 days, 2nd one they cashed, 3rd one they said nope, you’ll have to deposit it and wait again! I get paid biweekly so I can’t wait. Looking for a new bank for sure now.

If you need a title notarized don't waste your time here, they don't know what they are doing. One of the tellers were completely rude, i've been banking with 5/3 for over 15 years, i will not return to this location.

Worst bank i even seen. Won't even cash a check drawn on them with out setting up a profile and persuade you to open an account. No other banks I've ever been to has done this. It's to sell your information. My opinion is this bank is what is wrong with the financial institution. By far the worst bank I've ever been in. The cashier are rude. They are nothing but money hungry business who charge a fee to cash their own check.

I’ve been banking with them for years. Never had an issue but let me tell you the guy at this one is ruuuddeee. Almost made me want to pull all my money out. I was trying to open an account for my son, the lady was trying to ask him questions on how to go about it, he wasn’t even trying to listen to her. Super rude. Literally ignoring her as I’m standing there. Needless to say I didn’t get to open an account for him. I’m going to research other banks.

It's been two years banking with them, worst experience ever. Never get answers to my question. I deposited a check for a bill and they held the check for 15 days with no reason which caused overdraft fee, check fee and late fee for the bill. When I called and complained they gave me a whole $30 dollars for the inconvenience, I had $200 in fees because of this. I never get answers to any questions,like today I am having issues with my mobile app which is supposed to be a convenient service, and the response I get is no one else is having issues ? stay away from here

I've banked here for 15 years and have never had even one bad experience. Always helpful and courteous. I read all of the bad reviews. I don't get it. They're great.

The tellers are kind. The bank managers are not!Closed my sons account today and Adam was very rude. Will not answer calls. Cancels appts at last minute.

It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had!!! Don’t go to this bank branch! The banking manager didn’t set up our account rightly, and mislead us saying that was because of our internet problem! That’s the funniest thing I’ve ever had!

This is the worst bank on the planet. Not only do they never answer the phone. Fees are crazy, they overdraft you even if Money is being deposited. It’s a hoax. The entire bank is just a joke.

Rude, incompetent, and lazy. Unless you like hidden fees, your money disappearing without any answers as to why, or your account constantly being inaccessible, you may want to look elsewhere. I closed my account with them today and felt such relief knowing I won't look at my account online ever again and see my money misplaced or hidden fees taken without reasoning.
