Took my nephew to feeders' pet supply to see the fish and other animals, and hopefully buy a new pet. The store was very clean and the staff was nice. They spent time telling us about the different types of fish and lizards. Unfortunately, they didn't have the type of fish we were looking to buy. We will definitely return

This should be a five star. Your staff has always been helpful. The four star is due to the SMALL air dryers you have replaced the wall dryers with. They are broken most of the time. I thought maybe this was a temporary fix. But after a year or so it’s still these small orange canisters that the nozzle keeps separating from. I really like your store. It’s convenient, clean the staff is helpful. I’m hoping the dryers are NOT the long term solution

Jill is amazing. By far the most helpful employee I’ve ever encountered in my entire life. You guys are lucky to have her!! She was so informative and nice. All around an awesome experience :)

Very clean facility. The staff is always very helpful & willing to help with any questions or concerns you may have. The wash station is very well-kept, and the soaps & supplies are always full & ready to be used.

Awful experience every time. I had just bought a 40-gallon tank for my stepson. We're planning to get an axolotl for him. We have cycled a couple of smaller tanks in the past, so we knew it was a process. We were looking for 2 products, the seachem prime and the stability. They had the prime but not the stability (which is no biggie) but when asking the worker who stated he was the manager over the fish department stated we shouldn't need products to treat out tank then went on about how we shouldn't get that fish due to picky water conditions. And not to mention all the dead fish in the tanks that have been sitting for a while. If he is the manager, I personally think he needs to learn more in fish care. Ended up driving to Louisville to petco. So much cleaner and had better variety of stuff.

They do not provide for handicap shoppers. They stopped carrying the 16 lb manageable bag of purena pro dog food. 35 lb is unmanageable and the small5 lb bags are no cost effective. Manager was not receptive when I asked her where they were as they reset the store a few weeks go.When I mentioned this to her she basically said it wasn’t her problem and she could not fix it.They have made shopping here for seniors with disabilities a night mare. The ADA government people would have a field day here.
