The landlord/corporate higher ups of here should be ashamed of themselves. The heat is completely broke. It is in the negatives outside and they are still open and forcing employees to work in this. The employee said the landlord has been saying he’ll fix it for over a week now. Regardless of that, if the heat is off and the weather is this extreme, corporate should close the store. It’s just inhumane. They already don’t pay their employees enough. Definitely don’t pay them enough to work in subzero weather.

The DG at 21 Village Plz, Shelbyville, KY is absolutely unsafe! At 5:45 pm today 1/3/23 I was shopping in the store. There is only one employee manning the store alone by herself and the isles are totally cluttered with carts, loose product and dirty floors!This store is so cluttered that it is NOT handicap accessible yet alone with a person with a shopping cart or children. People cannot find any thing and are b-itching about the clutter and overstock blocking the isles.This needs to be reported to the State Fire Marshall!Totally dissatisfied with my experience

The store was over crowded with merchandise that needs to be shelved. It made it difficult to shop, not to mention being a huge safety hazard. It's just waiting for someone to get seriously injured

Probably one of the most unorganized dollar generals I've ever seen. The aisles are filled with stockpiles of items needed to be shelved.You literally can't walk through probably 2/3 of the aisles in the entire store.

This store is horrible. You can’t even walk in the isles. Not safe to shop here. I officially made a complaint. Concerned for the safety of myself and others including the employees.

Love shopping at dollar general for lil nick nack things to place around home or lil decorations to sat around.. Even make up and hair accessories are great.

Typical DG... However the gentleman who checked me out when I was ready was super friendly, thanked me for coming in and told me to have a great day... Excellent customer service from him. He gets 5 stars!! ✋
