Store is unkempt and very hazardous to navigate. Workers seem very depressed and low energy. I had to move a big cart out of the way just for a slimJim (even tho the slimjim was well worth it). I stumbled over many things and had to move and maneuver past and through many full restock carts that were not being touched. Products were in scattered on the shelves and floor. This is the only DG that I have been to that is like this especially to this extent. Staff seem very stressed but not doing anything to ease the stress. The egress is atrocious. If there was a fire someone would be stuck inside because of these carts. And I’m pretty sure this place already caught fire. Hmph… wonder why

First, the store is a truly awesome place to shop for bargains and needy supplies. Secondly, they never have enough employees working & the store is usually over ran with stock bends in almost every isle. You can't even get to what you need because of the stock bends in your way. On the other hand if you are in need of anything you can guarantee that you can find it at The Dollar General Store.

Have come here plenty of times and spent countless money here. Today just stopped in to add money to a card and asked to use the restroom and get told they don’t have a public restroom. But last week when I spent over 100 they did. Nice.

Rude female employee refused to let me use the ladies room while doordashing in your store. Had to cancel customers entire order just to leave and go pee somewhere else.

Second time I've come here when the store was supposed to be open and it wasclosed due to staffing. You'd think the added cost of paying what is necessary to staff appropriately would be more than offset by the added revenue of an entire days business. Whoever is running this district really needs to consider staffing up so they can actually be open all the hours. Because people will just not go at all even when you are open in favor of a place where they know for a fact their trip won't be wasted. So more than losing a day's business (on multiple occasions) you're eroding your customer base until the location becomes non-viable. Is a buck or two an hour worth loosing an entire store?

This store is completely unorganized and has carts in the way everywhere. Also me and another customer noticed a bad odor as well. Not clean either. The cashiers customer service wasn’t so great either.

The condition of this store is atrocious. There was an entire isle completely blocked off with stocks carts. The entire right side and back row are filled with stock carts, lots of empty spaces on the shelves. The stock carts issue isn't new, it's been this way for months and getting progressively worse. Not to mention the store itself is filthy and several, not all, but several of the cashier's are woefully inexperienced at customer service and extremely rude, especially to their own coworkers. This used to be the best one in Shelby Co., now they're the worst. Poor, poor management.
