Drove in from Taylorsville to find the pharmacy closed on Saturday. I was so annoyed, the website said the pharmacy was opened at 9am. Unfortunately, this is the closest CVS to me. Went home and decided to have them mail or deliver to me, but they don't deliver out to Taylorsville. Think I will look into Walgreens.

If I could score it lower I would . I'm not going to go into great detail but this stores pharmacy has to be the worse one CVS has . I went in a month ago to get a prescription. Not only could you not go inside to talk with anyone you had to sit in the drive thru line which in my case was 2.5 hours but when I got to the window they had to fill my prescription at that point right then . Mind you the prescription was called in a week earlier. So when I get my prescription they tell me that it's going to cost me $42.00. I told them I had insurance and they said yes that's with the insurance. I asked again are you sure . With firm yes response back I side ok so you don't need to check my card that I have in my hand to make sure everything is correct. "Nope" You're all set . . So I pay and leave. Fast forward to yesterday when I picked up my new prescription for the same thing but at a different CVS . It cost my nothing . Of course I ask why it's free essentially. He tells me it's because your insurance covers this . So long story short I go back to get my money back today and they tell me it's impossible to be refunded. I of course told them that's not correct. I spent 2 hours fighting them to finally walk out angry and annoyed. I went to the other CVS that helped me yesterday. Was there 10 minutes and everything got fixed. They even went as far as to reimburse me which they didn't need to but the regional manager was there and overrode the system so I didn't need to take another 30 minute drive to this other CVS to get my money back . I'm not going to blame the staff at this CVS . They are not the same people that they had a month ago which tells you everything. Please be pleasant to the current staff they just don't understand what they are doing and have no one to help them but I'll never step foot into that store again .

Drive through only and only one guy working. Took me weeks to get my prescription because the line is usually wrapped around the building.

The store decided to change it's hours because they don't have enough workers. It's 6:00pm on a Thursday and I go into the store to pick up my medicine and there is a gate down over the pharmacy. A lady said I would have to go through the drive-thru but the guy pharmacist said he was only going to give out medicine for another 30 minutes. I am the 13th car in line. I came here yesterday at 6:30 to get my medicine and they were already closed. So this makes 2 days we are unable to get our daily medication. Go to Walmart, Walgreens or Kroger, anywhere but CVS!

This pharmacy is one of the worst stores I've ever experienced. They are always understaffed, hours/fulfillment unreliable, and the phone system is broken. If it weren't for insurance restrictions, I would go back to Walgreens. After 15mins in a line of 10 cars or more, this line, has not moved 1 car.

Drive thru only. Line always long. If you need medicine be prepare to wait in line 1-2 hours no joke , yes that long.This has got to stop. CVS NEEDS TO LOOK INTO STAFFING OPTIONS. either pay your employees more , get people from other stores, or please do something bout this, it has been going on a while now. What sucks is I have to fill at cvs because of my Insurance through work . OTHERWISE I WOULD CHOOSE DIFFERENT PHARMACY. I'm a single mom with 2 kids, and I don't have that much time to wait in the pharmacy line. No one does.

Wife called in prescriptions over 2 weeks ago and show as in progress still. Thinking about changing to walgreens since they can't seem to fill prescriptions and you have to go through the drive thru because the inside is closed.

Been there twice in drive through. Only two or three cars in front of me took over 30 minutes to get a perception both times!

They never answer the pharmacy phone. Prescriptions are taking longer and longer to be filled. My doctor called mine in on a Friday and as of the next Wednesday still being processed. Ended up using another pharmacy. Drive thru also takes forever.

Only drive through open due to no help. Pay your help. No reason things should take days to fill and then have to wait in a 10 car line to pick up. Shelbyville KY CVS sucks. Don't use them. This is my last time using them. At least let people pull up, call a number and bring the meds to us.
