The store manager would not correct a problem that she could have fixed because, as she put it, "it wasn't my fault." Sin cards were swapped, phone numbers swapped, screens cracked, insurance applied to wrong numbers and phones. She sent me 18 miles away to aUBreakIFix store where I was turned away instantly. Seems deliberate. After returning a couple of days later once she was back in to work, I was told I could have the broken screen fixed after 30 days. So as a gesture of quality customer service and consolation for inconveniencing me, I asked for a screen protector in the least. Reluctantly she offered me 25% off bringing the total to $18-20. I declined and purchased 3 for$10 on Amazon. Smh. These staff need training in customer SERVICE. She was all about not taking blame for what something someone else who set us up did wrong. Try just fixing the problem and making the paying customer whole. They got us for two years from Christmas. We'll see if after that we keep Cricket.

Can't say anything good keep getting calls for someone who must have had number before I requested a new number 15 text messages a day from cricket about new prices new product whatever else they want to bother me with and you can't stop it phone set to reset at 3am and it will reset whenever it wants supposed to have unlimited data and everything keep getting messages telling me I have went over

Our local Cricket Wireless store is the best. A few months back they help me replace a few phones in a hurry. I got a great deal and was pretty happy. I was talked into getting insurance on one of the phones, which is not something I normally purchase. This week the phone was accidently broken. For the first time in awhile a phone insurance plan was worth getting. I'm happy with the overall experience, it saved a few hundred $ in replacement costs.

Excellent service. Quickly got me a replacement SIM. Worked with my old phone to get connected while my new one ships. Staff was friendly and quick to reach out to support when they needed help.

My husband and daughter were in there Friday, March 19. She needs a new phone really bad. Came home with none. The lady that was in there was not helpful at all. They were not busy. She wouldn't answer my daughter's questions directly. Samantha asked about sales and all the woman said was that they didn't have our phones anymore. Well then for goodness sake show us what you do have. We have never gotten this kind of service before. If left up to my husband, we will have to find another Cricket office.
