I took my wife and son here to swim in the indoor pool. The lady that took my payment at the time of entry fail to tell me that the indoor pool was closed for renovation. All that was open was the outside kid pool that’s not deep enough to swim in. When I asked for a refund I got treated like I was stupid for asking and being upset. They gave me 3 one day passes to come back in October after the indoor pool is finished with the renovation. They would not give me a refund even though I was there a total for like 4 minutes before I realized the situation.

This is a huge, multifunctioning park and venue. I was one of the acts at an all day festival. It was an amazing place for the event

in the area visiting family, very nice playground. didn't get to check out the pool/sprinkler area but it looked very fun. nice clean place.

My wife took my daughter and son today for ISR swim lessons and the receptionist at the front desk was less than pleasing. She demanded to know if my kids were there for ISR, hints they were wearing bathing suits, but my wife politely said yes and went to lessons. Once they were leaving my daughter, who is 4, likes to open the doors for everyone pushed the handicapped button to open the door. This receptionist decided to scold my daughter for doing so, then proceeded to lecture my wife on it. My daughter cried all the way home due to the mean lady at the desk. This is an absolute joke that this lady scolded a four year old just having fun and being nice by opening the door. I wanted to go there and teach this lady customer service lessons.

Clear Creek Park PSA: I AM MAD, BUT MORE HEARTBROKEN THAN ANYTHING. This doesn't just affect me. This affects our KIDS, my former players, and all the amazing people/parents I have met.
*** SO: Make sure if you’re a gay parent you don’t sign your kids up to play at Clear Creek Park. God forbid. I’m pretty sure this is the biggest discrimination I’ve ever dealt with in my LIFE. I’m not only disgusted, I’m heartbroken. I have coached the kids up there since 2017 when we moved out here… And this is how they repay me. So this is why I’m making this public service announcement so everyone can know that this place will discriminate against you and your children if God forbid you are a homosexual.
SIDE NOTE: I have been coaching kids since 2007 - right out of high school. I have coached at a national level in volleyball, then coached middle school volleyball, then transitioned to soccer because of our boys at this facility. We were greeted with open arms... and now two refs (whom were also gay quit due to circumstances with parents...) & NOW THIS. NO. It is 2024. WAKE UP PEOPLE. D * I are going on a decade together. Get off your all's high horses and have some compassion.
