We just left this God forsaken branch and I am so livid. This is my first stop but certainly not the last. My boyfriend who shall remain anonymous as he has endured enough deformation of character today, spends thousands of dollars at this store. (Various branches, but this being our hometown store) he went in to return two $8.00 belts. The one came back as previously returned. If I had to guess some lowlife probably didn't do their job right and sold him this belt. Anyway in front of a store FULL of people where he is a small business owner, he was accused of stealing said belt. They said he was not allowed to leave until they figured this out. They called the frankfort location where the belt was purchased, made him fork over his driver's license and stand in place( while on hold) so another POS could try to figure out how this might have happened. He offered to give them the belt, he offered to pay for the belt again and still they told him he couldn't leave. So we could get on with our day! I have NOTHING but time when you mess with one of mine and will be reaching out to ALL powers that be. Do not shop this store, all the employees worth doing business with have gone on to better and the current batch is a joke. 2 nights ago the lady "working"and 3 generations of her family were behind the counter for whatever reason and this store has gone straight to Hell

Me and my family would like to thank the store manager jay!! … we were traveling and had a little car trouble & that ended us here, but we couldn’t have ask to be anywhere better jay was so helpful he went over above and beyond to help me and my family! Thank you again sir you saved our trip.

A+ service. The gentleman helping me, Jeff the parts manager ,was knowledgeable and friendly I received my parts correctly and in a timely manner will be back again.

All I can say is the last time I went into AutoZone at this location, the lady behind the counter went well above and beyond trying to help me find the part I was looking for. No luck in finding it but she put forth great effort.

A good online store with an excellent assortment! Friendly staff, fast service. They helped me find fairly rare stars (tools) and select a ratchet for them. There are self-service checkouts. Not very large but free parking with easy access. Conveniently, the store is open until 10 pm.

Matt was our hero today! We were several hours away from home and the AC stopped, it was in the 90s and as humid as could be! He helped us so fast and with a smile! He got us going again in no time, and we were comfortable the entire drive home. Great customer service!
