“This is a relatively new store (a little over 2 years old) to our town but has maintained it's new store appearance and new store helpfulness.The store is clean, aisles are clear of clutter, displays of sales items are clearly priced and even the bathrooms are still clean!The store associates/clerks/salespersons are friendly, very willing to help, knowledgeable about the store layout and products.Tools and other products provide good value for the price. Some wrenches I've had over 20 years, the ones that broke/failed were replaced without any trouble.So stop by and check them out.”
“Customer service has improved in recent years. It used to that floor employees seemed to run & hide if they saw you. Now, they approach & ask if you need help finding anything.Delivery services still taking longer than a week for an in-stock item is still an issue. Especially if your refrigerator dies & you need one asap.”

“I rented an auger and bit. I was informed I had to put a cash deposit when I phoned beforehand. I returned the auger early and received a partial refund, as well as my full cash deposit.The auger worked perfectly, no problems at all. I was instructed how to operate it before I took it away. They loaded it on my truck, and unloaded it when I returned.Mark was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I will return when I need other rentals.”
