I was searching for a black Ford Fusion specifically when Basic listed a rebuilt Fusion for sale at a better price than any other I had found nearby. I've had it about a week and I love it. It drives great. I haven't found a single issue with it since the purchase. The guy who sold it to me was really nice and answered all of my questions. Would definitely recommend.

I bought a truck from Basic and have 3-4 other family members that have purchased cars here. The vehicles are always priced well and the guys there are always honest and upstanding. Don't hesitate to use them if you need to purchase a vehicle!

Amazing family business bought the car with an issue they weren't aware of, when I asked them about it they told me to bring the car back and they fixed it for free in under an hour. The prices are great. I bought my first car from here being a college student as well as a girl and they treated me just like any other customer which I don't see a lot. If you're looking for any sort of used car this is your best option by far in Bowling Green.

What a remarkable company!!! I just experienced the very best customer service along with a high quality repair to my car. The owners provided in depth customer service and even went the extra mile to help me with my insurance claim. I greatly appreciated the care and professionalism that I received. I don't know how this business doesn't have more reviews! In my search of a decent car for my daughter I went to all the car lots in the Bowling Green area that sell rebuilds. I was losing hope... I was sitting in the parking lot of the 3rd car lot I visiting (that had junk) and searching through Craigslist for something promising, and I seen a car from Basics Auto. I then went to Basics and drove 2 cars, and purchased 1 of them. This may not seem like a big deal to whomever is reading this review- but I have been searching for a decent used car for less than $10,000 for over a month. I've been from Nashville to Bowling Green, and everywhere in between.

I then went to Basics and drove 2 cars, and purchased 1 of them. This may not seem like a big deal to whomever is reading this review- but I have been searching for a decent used car for less than $10,000 for over a month. They’ve been in business for years and there is no question why, Z was honest and fair- he answered every question I had honestly. They don’t put lipstick on a pig- they sell good cars at a good price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone.
