Called Friday evening to get a quote to tow a Semi ($250/hr) but because of Interstate being shut down all night, they suggested to call tomorrow cause will be a long wait. Next day they came exactly at advertised time, fair price also, aprox $700 for 55miles tow for a Semi+trailer, will use in the future if needed. Not 5star cause whoever answer the phone was hard to hear every time I called, maybe better change provider or phones.

I called the shop and Joseph came through my truck didn't start I was having problems with my MCM system and he found the problem right away you know what guys I do recommend the shop right here everyone if you break down call these people here they will help you out the price is reasonable and I appreciate the help thank you for getting me back on the road guys thank you Joseph thank you for your hard work and thank you for your knowledge

Bobby and staff are consistently knowledgeable, helpful, and nice- whether they're pulling your buddy's dump truck out from being stuck or if you need a tire mounted, it's always expeditious service with a smile. Highly recommend!

We had a tire blown out on our 14ft work trailer on our way home from Columbus Ohio. We contacted Big Rig and they didn't have the tire we needed but they told us where to go and who to contact to find the tires and to bring the trailer to them and they would do the work for us. We took out trailer to their lot, got the tires, and Big Rig installed them for us. They were fast courteous and did a great job. I appreciate great customer service and a well ran family business!!!

On my way to New Hampshire my box truck started acting and the red stop engine came on. . I found this company on google and had them take a look at the truck. They change a crank filter hoping that would solved the problem . About 20 min on the highway the the light came back again. They was very honest they say if that didn’t solve the problem they would recommend to a different shop . I pull on that shop name and went to them. I’m here now and waiting . So if you in the area you having a truck issue stop by them guys they will take good care of you .
