I booked a COVID test at this location days ago, only to be turned away this morning when I arrived. Beware, the pharmacy’s hours are drastically different than those posted online and in the web app to book a test appointment. I waited in line for 25 minutes before being told that pharmacy staff had given the test I had reserved to other people, even though they made no attempt to contact me. This incredibly unprofessional and poor customer service has left me scrambling to get a test prior to traveling.

I would give them a zero if was a option the never have my meds ready and if they do not all of them I would recommend going somewhere else done

Their manager or boss threatened me today with the law cuz they told me that one family member per house hold can go into the store when I entered with my boyfriend who I don't live with enter the store and I said he isn't family not understanding why they made him leave the store and this is Jennifer Watkins not Jessi Risner and I feel like they should have explain things to me instead of threatening me with the law
