Out of all of the times I've shipped packages and from the many companies I've used this is still my favorite carrier and for one reason alone, the postal employee who works here is one of the kindest ladies I've ever met. Even if I'm having a bad day, which is often, she always tries to give me positive encouragement. Plus she doesn't try to sale you a bunch of stuff you don't need. She simply tries to get your package to where it's going as cost efficient as possible. You're awesome. Thank you.
