I got me electric range here ! IRS been 6 years and had no problems plus they delivery ! And they do all the hook ups !

I tried to buy a refrigerator from them. I was going to pay over the phone and my nephew was going to pick it up. When I went to pay, I was told that someone was coming to look at it because it was making a noise. They said this was marked down further because of the noise. This was no where in the ad. They said they would call me after it is looked at that night or the next morning and we would go from there. I asked about other ones on marketplace, that said in stocks, but said they did not have any of them. They NEVER called me back. They never attempted to reach out to me by phone or Facebook messenger (that is how I initially contacted them). I also need a few other appliances and would have been a return customer, but they never called me back. I took my business elsewhere.

Great selection, fair prices, and transparent about their sourcing as far as whether the appliances were purchased new at a discount or scratch and dent.

Reached out about a product. Owner was rude and not inviting at all. Posts things on FB marketplace but then charges tax on top of his listed prices without mentioning it in the post. Then doesn’t offer any cash incentive. Would be curious if he reports all of his cash sales as he harps to customers about the legality of charging sales tax.

Our fridge suddenly stopped cooling properly and the appliance repair place said it wasn't really worth fixing, so we had to scramble to find something in-stock that could be delivered this week. This was a huge challenge, given the current supply chain challenges and happening right after the Black Friday madness.Thankfully, I searched Facebook Marketplace & came across Mike's listing for a scratch and dent Fridgidaire refrigerator priced at over 50% off retail. I paid extra for delivery, installation, and for them to haul away my old fridge. Mike was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process - I would definitely shop here again if I have to replace other appliances in the future!
