I wish there was a chance to give zero stars.. One star is too much for this lazy, office. They do not care about their customers.Try phoning them. Impossible, not any time during the day, not when they first open. What is the possible conclusion? They are so overworked??? No, they do not care.Shame on them.

This place is so bad they say they made an attempt to drop off my package and they never did only to get me to go to the post office and pick it up because they're too lazy to deliver it I don't know why Amazon uses them, I paid shipping and handling The customer satisfaction is terrible someone should do something about this either the post master on site and have staff under supervision review.

This USPS needs new employers. They seem to have a trend of constantly losing people's packages. My package said it was delivered in the mailbox. I check the mailbox and nothing is there. Either they put it in the WRONG mailbox or they're lying. People spend money on some packages just for it to be lost and nothing they can do about it. When it is in fact their fault because they can't do their jobs correctly. READ THE ADDRESS. READ THE APARTMENT. AND DELIVER IT TO THE RIGHT PLACE. I don't understand. This is the worst USPS location. I literally have to put a relatives address because I'm guaranteed to get my mail from their area than mine. So unreliable.

WORST POST OFFICE I'VE LITERALLY EVER BEEN TO. Terrible customer service. Carriers have multiple times stated that delivery was attempted when we were home the entire day. Several times we've tried to go they've closed at least 45min earlier than posted hours. 2 packages fully lost and in one additional instance a package was left on our steps (in the Bronx) when our mail was supposed to have been held (with email confirmation of the mail hold and email confirmation placing date of delivery within that date range), and when the package was stolen they said there was nothing they could do. Dread coming here. Every time.

I love the way customers bad mouth hard working people. Especially during these tough times. When most of you couldn't do the job that our USPS workers are doing. I'd like to see some of you get out there With this COVILD-19 and walk the streets for 8 to 10 hours a day. And put YOURSELVES at risk the way these workers do for you. You sit at home and b**** about getting a package a few hours late. Or that your mail isn't delivered at a certain time. Or how about the people that come in and yell at the clerks . There doing their job. What are you doing ? Maybe if you were to walk in there shoes for six months , You'd know how hard they work. I applaud their efforts. So I want to close by saying ... THANK YOU USPS. For all your hard work. God bless you all.

I mostly have a hate/hate relationship with this post office. Actually the post offices in the Bronx that you might have a pleasant experience with, outside of the post office on 149 and Grand Concourse (which is hit or miss) are far and few between. I have been dealing with this post office for over 5 years and one of the things I look forward to when thinking of moving out of the Bronx is not dealing with this headache. Their communication sucks. The rules change every week, there are hardly ever more than 2 windows open, (one for retail , one for packages). They are slow and most of the time unpleasant. If I am selecting delivery for anything I almost always opt for the service that will not be USPS, as a former postal service employee this is just horrible. For some reason package deliveries will almost never be delivered to your address, resulting in your mail being redirected to the post office for pick up. If you are a working adult, with the more customary work schedule, (even if someone IS IN YOUR HOUSE all day and the "attempted delivery" was not made) that results in you either needing to take time off from work,or visiting the post office on the weekend. Of course making the lines than what is already the standard practice here. The post office has told me a few times on a Saturday , both in person and also through the big AF sign within the post office that it is open for package pickups on Sunday from 10 am - 2pm , and guess who looks like a big dummy standing outside of the post office from 9:50 - 10:38 am this Sunday morning???? I so hate it here.

Window number 3 Horrible service, TERRIBLE. The staff is bad !!! They serve with a very bad attitude. Why is it so difficult for these employees to be nice while giving help? Helping the customer is supposed to be your duty !! The Employees there will treat you badly for not being sure and not having knowledge about the service.

This Post Office is the worst thing I have ever been to. They don't do their job well all the time. They are in a bad mood and they give them a bad time. It is terrible the way people are cared for if someone does not speak Spanish they are also treated badly and they are not able to help. terrible! They need employees who helps and respect

The carrier did not try to deliver the first time , the post office needs new couriers tellers and managers because that s*** is not functioning as intended making the communities be inconvenienced, what are they getting payed for?

The worst post office in existence. There has to be a way to either have new staff take over or just shut the place down and build something that benefits the community. These folks don't deliver packages. They can get a bit irresponsible with the mail. They don't deliver packages. The attitudes at the office are pretty much the worst and did I mention that they did not deliver packages! There has to be a way to get rid of this PO or at least the folks working in it.

If I could give them a negative 10, I would. This post office is HORRIBLE and has been HORRIBLE since I've been living around here for 20 years!!!! Every time I get a notification that my package has been forwarded to USPS I get the chills because I know that it will come with BS. My building has bigger boxes that allows them to place packages there however for some reason they rarely use this option. I always get the notification stating that they were in my house at some random time and no one was home. Then I have to come to the post office, make the line and wait until their slow employees can assist us. This is horrible, I tried making complains so many times but the honest truth is that none of them care. I also get mail everyday that belongs to another building either here in the bronx or in queens. 0 stars is what they deserve!

I dread having to go to this post office. Many times I am home at the time they say they attempted delivery, many times they won't even leave the pick up slip. Then I have to go and stand on this never ending line while they have one or two people working. The heat is on high for no reason just to make people miserable on this long line. I didn't know I had a package there that was a gift I needed today for Xmas eve until my mom told me it said attempted a few days ago. I'm 9 months pregnant and standing on this line sweating, I came prepared with just a tank top under my coat but I was still burning up. They need the delivery people to actually try and make the deliveries and they need more people working at the post office and they need to turn off that heater.

TERRIBLE !!!!!!! Terrible is the only word that can describe this postal office. Let me tell you why, 1- Long long lines 2- Only 2 people attending all the customers ! 3- Only ONE!!! For packages !!! Can you believe this !!!! 4- The heater is so high you can melt waiting on the line !!!!!!!! 5 - They are extremely rude !!!!!!!!!! 6- They don't deliver the package , they just leave a note to pick up the package! hello !!!!! the line is 2 hours !!!!!!!!!!! The note said the elevators were not working, LIE !!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are not doing their work ! I wish I can go to another post office !
