“Today August 21 2024. We were traveling through Russel Springs on our way to Bowling Green and got a nail in our tire. It was near the sidewall and could not be patched. The owner went out of his way to help us. He had a full shop and pulled some guys off to replace that tire. While waiting he called the business that I got the tires from and got the replacement warrantied. Went out of his way to help us and got us back on the road in 20 minutes. Great shop. Great people. Superior service.”

They pointed out some suspension issues that needed addressed, but not in a high pressure manner. Good information as a vehicle owner but like I said, not in a pressuring kind of way.
