Your website says you open at 8am. There are 4 cars in parking lot and I drove 40 miles to get here and you don't open until 9am. You made some customers pretty unhappy.

Got 5 PCR COVID-19 tests done here the morning of Friday, 11/26. Called on Sunday, 11/28 and was told the tests were still sitting there because FedEx had not picked them up. No further reasoning given and no effort made to inform us about the delay beforehand or to expedite things in light of their error.
