I saw post on Facebook with picture of the sectional! Loved it, had my sister go to store and face time me….Marissa was awesome to work with. Purchased sectional over FaceTime. Was delivered 3 days later. Great customer service.

They are very unprofessional and they are not what I expected out of that place but I had to pay 300 for a used one and now I went to investigate what I found was they didn't even use a tool to put the line on this washing machine has been leaking for 3 months now I am disabled and on fixed income I expected that they would be more experienced and more professional instead get this job done by them I think I'm going to fill a lawsuit on these people for damages and my time an money I took pic of the laundry room and I'm sure but they going to take care of mold and mildew in the walls like I said we well go to court if we can't come to a damn agreement on this with each

Second review ever! Im really not one to complain buuuut I'll leave one star because the main problem was fixed... but I wish I would of asked around before we took our washer there because I was told by a few others they also had a bad experience... but if you do use them make sure you move your own stuff because for some reason it wasn't a problem they laid my 800 dollar washer on its side then, coincidentally got it back and a new problem came up that wasnt happening before we brought it to them?♀️

I purchased a display Majestic Direct Vent fireplace. They were helpful in ordering the vent pipe and propane conversion kit but would not install the unit when our new house was ready. We had our HVAC guy install it. Fast forward 1 year and called them to order the blower to the unit and asked if they would come out and install it and do a yearly maintenance check. I get a call back from them that the blower is no longer available and they don’t deal with direct vent anymore and gave me an alternate person who also did not service this. Well the blower is available, and another dealer was able to supply it but couldn’t service our fireplace because it was not in their territory.I didn’t appreciate being lied to and the fact that Lakeside is the dealer and won’t service his territory…. Our family has purchased appliances and gas logs in the past and very disappointed.

Nikki was so helpful in finding just the right dining room set. The china cabinet displays my Mother's china beautifully. The gentleman who delivered the furniture was very polite and considerate of my home. Wonderful people to deal with. Thank you all.

Stay away from this place if you need a phone go to Wal-Mart don't waste your money. I Purchased a phone here and the phone was dead but was told when I charge it up and if it has any issues bring it back. I did have to bring it back and when I did they said because it had been seven days they will not honor. If I could give them zero stars I would. Very dishonest people, steer clear and for goodness sake do not waste 100.00 on their used phones! Horrible customer service, I called to tell them i would not be able to bring phone back for two weeks a they said no problem so they knew I was not going to be back in town due to me working out of town.
