Wouldn’t recommend working for bruss. When I signed up I said I could do 1st or 2nd shift and they told me I would get one of those. At orientation they ended up giving me 3rd shift. I’ve squeezed my schedule to fit it and since then management has been awful, probably the worst from any job I’ve seen. They got little to no patience with new hires. They give vague instructions like telling you to do “this” or “that” without actually explaining what this or that is. Then they’ll come to you clearly frustrated with you and threatening to write you up for not knowing what it was you were supposed to do. As far as I can tell management’s role is only to get onto you when you’re not doing good enough, even if your training is awful.

I worked for Bruss North America Inc for approximately 12 year's and if a family and home life are your goals or having a relationship with someone,then pick another job that will allow time with family or friends,the whole time I worked in maintenance I went through 1 divorce numerous g/f and no home life,alot of times I slept in my truck and never went home in 4 hours I had to be right back anyway,I averaged 70 hours a week Monday-friday not counting Saturday or Sunday I did that for 10 yrs straight a 60 hr week was out of quistion taxes eat your check like crazy,I work 45 hours now at different more laid back place and my stress is way down,I actually smile more,I can actually go on a date it's soooo much more better now.

Not a good place to work , thought it was but never got the days off worked twelve hour shifts four days then mandated eight three days overworked. You won’t like it better be fast if you want to make the 85 parts a hour they are getting ready to drop pay $14.00 hr because production isn’t made.. GOOD LUCK. I won’t be going back

Started off good. Then the longer you work there the worse it gets. I found another job and done the right thing and gave them my 2 weeks notice. Then I had to miss a day because my fiance had a medical emergency and now they won't pay me for the remainder of my vacation days I had left.

i suggest not trying to get a job here. i got a job a week ago and automatically no reason was just told i was fired, no damn reason. no explanation. nothing. said they didnt need me anymore. etc etc. I definitely would not recommend this company working or buying from them. Need to go out of business.
