Top notch service each and every time. Great personable folks who know what they are doing. Even when they are busy, they acknowledge you. I don't mind waiting for the service because I know it's the best. Great value and products as well.

I had to put one star to even get it to allow me to give a review but I personally would give it a negative 5. I found out today after 4 hours on the phone that this store is an unaffiliated store than AT&T. They are owned by Prime Community and the employees get a commission for the sales they make even when they lie outright to your face and the store will not help you after you find out they did 14 months later paying for service that doesn’t exist in Russell County. They saleswoman told me a person with mental illness that i had to switch plans to get my Iphone 12’s and the actual At&t people told me that if I had just called them they could have grandfathered in my old plan instead of making me switch to unlimited 5g which doesn’t exist here. I’m sure they will take this post off like they blocked my number and i had to call from another one but they took advantage of someone to make a buck and won’t make it Right!!! I just want people to beware of the signs they work on commissions and are unaffiliated!!This is new so read on!!!Thursday I spoke by phone to verizon and they tried to port in my number but didn’t work so they said could be done when got them.Went to bed with my iphone 12 with my number 100% charge and on nightstand and the next day it was black screen wouldn’t come on and i had to take my sim out to put in the paid off iphone xs max just to dial 611 and they told me to take to this store! I told them i couldn’t that i wouldn’t be good so they told me to have my boyfriend take it so he did and when “ Jessica “ found out whose phone it was she flung it across the desk back at him and said something about couldn’t touch it because in litigation with me!! How can I litigate from my home!!! Now since i had to put my sim card in this old phone i paid off At&t says i owe22 payments on a phone i paid off over year ago!!!! I don’t know what to do!! This is what that iphone 12 is now!! No DAMAGEthis is new I emailed the owner that commented on my post and got no answer!!! they just put that on there to make themselves look like it was going to be fixed beware of fake responses

the owner put on here a reply to my girlfriend google review to email them and they would help resolve the issue but she didn’t get any response to the email she sent Sherry Copley they just did that to make themselves look like they were going to do something when all she got was radio silence beware!!!

Super friendly and professional staff they answered all my questions and helped me out. highly recommend this location only hick up was a the computer was giving them issues but still a pleasant experience and professional staff!

I took a iPhone 11 Pro Max into a ATand T store with a badly cracked screen the man working Jamie was so knowledgeable and very nice to me before I knew it I bought a new iPhone 13 Pro Max loved his manners and service would go there again

I went in this store on 3 seperate occassions. With the same issue, regarding a AT&T prepaid sim card. That i was unable to activate. And a brand new device ordered online from walmart. All 3 times i was informed that there was nothing they could do to help me. My husband had passed and i had no cell phone or service. Trying to make arrangements. I explained that id filled out form online for EBB. And next step (website) advised reach out to carrier. They will get you set up. I was then told that nobody could assist me with EBB. After calling AT&T support. I am up n running with 75$ unlimeted plus. My AT&T device wasnt scanned properly when it left warehouse. Thank you HENRY AT AT&T customer suoport!

They lied about how much my bill was going to be and lied about how much my service was going to cost each month.I even asked specifically 3 times and was lied to all three times. In addition there were fees I was not told about in this store and I have called At&t customer service and they have been amazing at helping get this fixed.But I do not recommend trusting this store or what they say.That being said,they were really nice while doing it,very nice and respectful,juet didnt tell me the full 411.however the At&T customer service was on point 100% amazing and honest which is how I found out about the other stuff.

Wouldn't recommend this particular store at all. But At&t as a whole are great I'm only speaking toward the store in Russell Springs Ky. The ladie was rude disrespectful it wasn't hard to tell she could care less the customer or her job! I would not recommend this store at all.
