This is a very good store for finding all your tiling needs. Has great customer service and staff that are knowledgeable about the industry and the products they sell. I was able to find a solution and product for my tiling project.

Was not happy with my experience. It is Jen's way or the highway. She was EXTREMELY rude to the wood floor rep on the phone in front of my husband and me because he didn't have what she wanted, but I had given her a 2 week notice we were coming in so not the reps fault she waited to last minute. At this point I had decided to go somewhere else but I let Amanda Jent talk me into staying with her and that was an expensive mistake. Jen wants 100% up front so you are out of luck if you have any issues. I had samples for over 3 months and when I called her to come and get them she told me if I didn't bring them to her she would charge me. REALLY?? She didn't even know I had them because she is so unorganized but I drove all the way to her hide out and dropped them off. Too much competition out there, if I was advising anyone, I'd say stay away from this place. (Can't wait to see her defensive reply). I have no reason to make this up, my experience was terrible. Period.

I would not recommend buying anything from this store, I paid 500 dollars for tile that is falling apart before installation and the owner refused to return it. Now I have no contractors that are willing to install because it’s falling off the sheet. Terrible costumer service!

Jen and Amanda are sweethearts! Amanda listens and works with me in picking out the tile, then lays it out in very creative patterns. I enjoy working with her, and the tile selection is amazing! I definitely recommend "Just Tile It".

Very helpful, offered multiple suggestions for our kitchen remodel. Even let us take several samples home overnight to see tiles in our home and with our lighting.Tiles arrived two days after ordering.

My favorite spot to select tile & hardwood...hands down!! As an interior designer, I like to have a great selection to keep my jobs unique. Just Tile It has the most unique selections & at a fair and affordable price. Its my go to spot!! No matter your style or budget (from surplus to high fashion), you will not be sorry you drove to Rockfield...Promise!!
The owners, Jen & Michael are experienced, hard working, honest & fair. Not to mention the scenery...Their shop is on their farm, so you get to leave the hustle & bustle of the city for a quite moment in the country, with horses, chickens & oh...its pet friendly. I love taking my fur baby.
My clients are ecstatic when they come to see what we’ve chosen for them & couldn’t be happier with their store. Its a hidden gem. Look for their sign...its a custom metal sign that says JTI. Breathe deep as you drive down the windy tree canopied driveway past the horses & house...til you arrive at the shop!! You can thank me later ?

I’ve never been into a tile showroom where I didn’t know which way to go first because there were so many beautiful tiles and wood flooring selections from which to choose. The mother daughter team are not only great with decorating ideas, but also so much fun to work with. They offer great prices and a unique country setting close to town. I ❤️ JTI!!!

Ordered tile from here. They contacted me and said it didn't make the truck do you want it in two weeks. I said No I need it this week and to cancel the order and refund my credit card.
I get a voice mail a week later saying my order is in and I have 3 minutes to call them back if I want the tile. I'm in the doctors office and did not get the message until a hour later. So they shipped it back and I still have not seen my money. They stole my money.
Since I cannot reply to their comment I will edit my original comment. I received a call on the 26th at 1:16(a Monday) stating they had ran out of stock at the factory (I have the voice mail) wanted to know if you still wanted it. I called back a few minutes later and spoke with a Michael told him to cancel my order and refund my money that they were tiling this weekend. On the 27th at 3:01 I received a call to confirm my canceled order. Was told could not refund visa card, gave my mother address to send check. On the 28th at 12:22 I received a call from Jen stating that they didn't cancel the order and that it was in and that I had 5 minutes to respond other wise they would return it and I would be out a restocking fee. I was in the doctors office and was unable to make the dead line.
And yes I hung up on you because you where being a jerk and complained about 30 cent fee for processing my order that you had to pay, and how much a problem my review and whole ordeal was. That is part of having a business, you add that fee into the up price on the tile.
I will refuse the check if you take the restocking fee out. I asked you to cancel the order twice!!!! You had my mothers address on file, since we where living with her. And as for repeating calling me. I have no other record of you calling me until I left this post.
