“I went to this store today (Saturday, July) the hottest month of the year and the young lady said the air has been broke for 5 days! What kind of company exposes their loyal and dedicated employees to extreme heat? Companies that don’t give a darn! FIVE days working in that place? How about you corporate people get outta your cushy offices and come work there 5 days. I’ll bet that air will get fixed quick. You guys should be ashamed! People do not apply there to work because they do not care and the fact that they not only expose their employees they expose their customers is unacceptable! The regional manager needs to be fired! Do your job and take care of your people and they’ll take care of you!!!”
“Veey nice to have this store so close to home. Well stocked and the staff is super friendly! One thing I wished this store had, is the small produce section that some other locations have.”
“Night before 4th of July I was having an issue checking out, and the lady with the glasses who was working was very patient and kind with me. I have to say that made my day in this world of craziness. Thank you.”
“Wonderful store and employees .. The young man that works there I believe is an assistant Manager is very helpful always greets us coming in and is ready to help. These places need more workers like that. ?”
“I don't usually leave reviews, but felt Stacey deserved one. I had to stop in real quick to grab something and while in line to checkout there was a gentleman who was having a very hard time figuring out his pin for his payment and was having issues on his phone. The cashier was very professional, patient and empathetic with him. She worked with him and his phone and ultimately helped him figure it all out. He was able to pay for his items after a while. I think it is important to point out because kindness is one of the things we are generally missing in retail/customer service as a whole.
So bravo for showing that young man that his business mattered even though it took extra steps ?”
“Having recently moved to this area, it's convenient and have a lot of good products and groceries. If there is more then 2 or 3 in line, they always open another register, I really like that. They understand customers getting off work want to shop, pay, and get home soon as possible. I enjoy this location.”
“I had to go in here right after I had just worked a long day, which was right before they were closing. The lady that was checking us out seemed as though she had been through a long day as well, and she never missed a beat. She treated us like we were the first customers of the day. Thanks for being great!”
“I just have to say that it's nice to be greeted when you walk in the door and to be treated with the utmost courtesy when checking out. The gentleman behind the counter this evening was exceptional and I'll definitely shop here again!”
“It was good. Friendly atmosphere. I was able to find what I was looking for. It seem like I was in anc out. Service was nice and friendly. Probably out of all the ones I been to, It was the friendliest of all.”
“I would like to say thank you to the gentlemen (cashier) today for being so nice, patient, and understanding even though I was not having the best day.
Thank you for being the person you are! Thank you to the other gentleman who brought the box to put the bottles in that I purchased.”
“Great place to shop. The employees are always busy stocking or waiting on customers. And they still have a smile and a kind greeting. Thank you all for being there to assist us.”
“Fast friendly and knowledgeable customer service. That ensures I'll be going back to that store. That sort of service is rare these days. For some odd reason. Lol”
“Love this store and the staff, the Mexican manager with long hair not so much she's very rude and not sociable. Other than that the store is fine especially since the updated "remodel"”
“I will simply come back because of Garrett. So nice to see an employee with such a big smile and very friendly. He’s great with customers and helpful. Such a refreshing breath of air when so many employees seems to hate their day to day. Someone give this kid a raise! He’s a gem of an employee.”
“Dollar General #11093 is the best DG around. The employees care about how the store looks, they care how comfortable the customers feel when they come to shop!!I don't shop any other DG.”
“There was only one line open but unfortunately this is becoming very common with all locations, nationwide. The line still moved swiftly and my cashier was amicable. Found what I needed in 5 minutes. Very well stocked.”
“Love all the dollar general stores. Every one wants them to add a bigger selection of foods. I think they have everything alot cheaper than other stores and that means alot these days.”
“Very nice and clean store. Looks brand new. Great prices. They don't have produce but do have groceries, including a small section of refrigerated and frozen items. Aisles are wide enough to maneuver. Staff friendly and helpful.”
“I personally understand what management is dealing with. And I understand it's the employees and assistant managers job to keep working. Management can only give so much time on site, it's the responsibility of those who also bears the key to lock the door. And we all know what goes in one ear goes out the other side with a lot of employees..”
“Despite being as short staffed as everyone else the store is clean and well stocked. Cashier was snippy but she had just been given a verbal lashing by two consecutive Karens over things out of her control. Hopefully they get better staffing soon so one person isn't stuck dealing with all the unfit for the public drama queens”
“The cashier was very friendly. This store is one of the cleanest dollar generals I've been in. It was easy to find things. I wasn't tripping over boxes.”
“called up there on Thanksgiving Day to verify they had eggnog. ( I knew it was a long shot, but I had to try) Casey informed me they had one left. she set it aside for me. she was super helpful and polite. biggest thing my kids were happy as a clam to have some eggnog. (I dropped the ball and forgot to pick some up earlier) thanks for the help, Casey!”
