“Absolutely love this place! Sometimes the staff isn’t always the friendliest but when you find one willing to help, they are very nice. I love the variety in here though. I took my fiancé in here for the first time with the intentions of only showing him what it was all about but we ended up walking out with some new stuff for our living room! This place can be as dangerous as Walmart!”
“I went to this store today (Saturday, July) the hottest month of the year and the young lady said the air has been broke for 5 days! What kind of company exposes their loyal and dedicated employees to extreme heat? Companies that don’t give a darn! FIVE days working in that place? How about you corporate people get outta your cushy offices and come work there 5 days. I’ll bet that air will get fixed quick. You guys should be ashamed! People do not apply there to work because they do not care and the fact that they not only expose their employees they expose their customers is unacceptable! The regional manager needs to be fired! Do your job and take care of your people and they’ll take care of you!!!”

“So I ordered two gaming chairs on Amazon for Xmas and last min my order was canceled due to chairs missing pieces needed to assemble them. Big lots was only place who had the similar chairs they were very understanding about my situation and had me together the same day for pickup. This was along with all the holiday chaos going on. They were amazing!!”

“This store is nice. I was greeted by Barbara and she made me feel welcome. I found the items that I was looking for as I usually do. When I went to check out I noticed that Barbara had come back up to the front to help check customers out. I ended up going to her register and I thanked her for helping out and greeting me. This coordinator epitomizes what great service and helpfulness should look like everywhere. Great job Barbara!!!”
“I don't usually leave reviews, but felt Stacey deserved one. I had to stop in real quick to grab something and while in line to checkout there was a gentleman who was having a very hard time figuring out his pin for his payment and was having issues on his phone. The cashier was very professional, patient and empathetic with him. She worked with him and his phone and ultimately helped him figure it all out. He was able to pay for his items after a while. I think it is important to point out because kindness is one of the things we are generally missing in retail/customer service as a whole.
So bravo for showing that young man that his business mattered even though it took extra steps ?”
“Having recently moved to this area, it's convenient and have a lot of good products and groceries. If there is more then 2 or 3 in line, they always open another register, I really like that. They understand customers getting off work want to shop, pay, and get home soon as possible. I enjoy this location.”

“Found a few treasures in this Goodwill but the real treasure was “Dana” the lady who checked us out. With her permission I was able to take a picture of her and posts. She was so sweet and we loved talking to her. She one of those people who you can tell she loves her job and customers. Get a chance when you checking out talk to her and you will see what I mean. Can’t wait to go back and find more treasure and hope Dana is there. Very clean store.”

“There was only one line open but unfortunately this is becoming very common with all locations, nationwide. The line still moved swiftly and my cashier was amicable. Found what I needed in 5 minutes. Very well stocked.”

“Despite being as short staffed as everyone else the store is clean and well stocked. Cashier was snippy but she had just been given a verbal lashing by two consecutive Karens over things out of her control. Hopefully they get better staffing soon so one person isn't stuck dealing with all the unfit for the public drama queens”

( I knew it was a long shot, but I had to try) Casey informed me they had one left. she set it aside for me. she was super helpful and polite. biggest thing my kids were happy as a clam to have some eggnog. (I dropped the ball and forgot to pick some up earlier) thanks for the help, Casey!”
