Had trouble with my phone sim card tray the Verizon wireless sales representative was able to get my sim card put in correct so that I am able to use my phone now good customer service.

Dropped my phone a cracked my screen took it to Verizon wireless in Richmond center the sales representative did a good job upgrading my phone and moving all my information over to my new phone good customer service

I came in to check on my old Nokia phone and why it was running slow. The sales representative was very nice and helpful in explaining to me why it has stopped running as good and that an upgrade was much recommended. He was able to find me a new and better phone with for barley anything after informing me of the trade in value with the upgrade. I definitely recommend coming to this store for any issue or to buy a new phone. 10/10

Came into upgrade my phone. Sales rep was very helpful and explained my various options and the differences between phones. Everyone I interacted with was polite and courteous. Overall, a very positive experience.
