Had trouble with my phone sim card tray the Verizon wireless sales representative was able to get my sim card put in correct so that I am able to use my phone now good customer service.

Old phone reset was unable to get into phone took phone to verizon the sales representative was able to get phone back , was able to upgrade into a new Samsung s24 phone

Dropped my phone a cracked my screen took it to Verizon wireless in Richmond center the sales representative did a good job upgrading my phone and moving all my information over to my new phone good customer service
