Tory did an excellent job and was very helpful with some issues I was having with my account. Verizon had made changes to my plan pricing I was unaware of, and he assisted me with choosing a new plan that was better suited to my needs.

I came into the store to get my bill paid and to check on my ring camera app that wasn’t working. The Verizon representative fixed it and now it’s working like it should.

Had issues with the phone running slow stopped by Verizon store off the bypass the Verizon representative did s good job cleaning my phone up and putting my weather app. Back on.
