I called about a uhaul and was told $19.95 plus miles driven when I went in store I rented it for 1 hour and was immediately charged $57 I paid it and sign the paper then was charged $90 for using a uhaul for 1 HOUR. Not to mention the gas I was charged for after filling up the tank to half like I was asked to do. I would never rent a uhaul from this establishment there are 2 other uhaul facilities in Richmond that I would try first!

We called about a truck they said they had one so we went from Richmond Kentucky to Winchester Kentucky they said the truck was picked up by somebody in Lexington Kentucky it took us more time cost me more money to move I was very disappointed
