“Brought our van in for brakes. They very quickly did the check and called us back with what was needed. They said we only needed front brakes and not back brakes. They could have easily told us both if they just wanted to squeeze us for money. They feel like a very honest business. They will have my business going forward for anything to do with my vehicles.”

Now my vehicle is tied up fora grand total of 10 days before I can get it back. They should have looked at it and told me upfront that they weren't going to fix it and recommend the other shop. It seems like since Tim and Toni Miller retired that Millers QUALITY SERVICE has taken a big hit. It's just not the same quality service that I'm used to.”

June 9, 2024:
Had another great experience today with the Service Department. Had a couple minor issues with my new truck and they worked to resolve the issue. One issue was a rattle behind the dash and I know rattle noises can be hard to find and source. They worked at it and fixed the issue and didn’t give up. All completed under warranty. Great job to my Advisor Michael and my Technician Mathew!”
“Andrew and staff at the service center are phenomenal!!! We were heading south from Morehead to Tennessee for a UK basketball game and had a flat tire. They went above and beyond to find the tire we needed and replaced it for us!!! Had us back on the road in no time in order for us to make it to the game! Fed us pizza too!! Amazing experience!! I was traveling from Cincinnati and my truck broke down on my way home to Atlanta. After calling 2 VERY UNFRIENDLY places to repair my truck, they both referred me to TIRE DISCOUNTERS! Obviously, that's where I went and Austin answered the call & got me in. Although i had to waite my turn, Zachery worked on my truck. During the call, i cried a river and explained how bad i just wanted to get gome. Austin reassured me that he would be there until my truck was fixed and kept his word with all of the heart that GOD had given him! Once Zachery had the truck in the bay, as i waited, we spoke about my truck, life, family, being GOD FEARING and how much we love our Blessings!! So, guys with EVERY OUNCE OF MY BEING, THANK U FOR GETTING ME HOME LIKE U PROMISED AND THANK YOU FOR BEING SO KIND! I THANK GOD FOR YOU BOTH! MANY MANY BLESSINGS!

The manager, Anthony is great and I appreciate his kind, professional manner. Eric ( I think is his name) is great as well, and gave me some information about my VW that was super helpful.
