I stopped at this Castle Location because I know the significant value of buying reconditioned jewelry and frequent all their KY Locations. Katherine was nothing short of amazing in taking time to educate me on diamond grading and how to identify the different cuts on them. After this lesson, I made inquiry of the Castle's policy on full-credit trade in for my jewelry upgrade needs. Basically, I left with the confidence to know that I am secure with my previous purchases and the exceptional savings passed on to me; but, not before placing a VERY HARD TO FIND firearm.Thanks Again Katherine!!!!!!!

My ring was purchased from this location and immediately I began to notice that things were getting caught underneath and snagged on the prongs. I took it to another local jeweler and they informed me that the prongs badly needed retipped. This was after wearing the ring for only 3 weeks. I called the castle to inquire about getting reimbursed for the repair. They stated that they would fix it themselves but would not reimburse for work done elsewhere, while I understand that this would make sense in a regular circumstance, it makes no sense to send a ring that was sold in poor condition back to those who allowed it to be sold in blatantly poor condition in the first place for a repair. The ring was sent off for cleaning and no doubt closely inspected before sale, the prongs were very visibly flat to the diamond, it took another jeweler all of 30 seconds to diagnose the problem. Not saying this is a bad place to take your business, but if you do purchase from here you may want to ensure that the diamond in your ring is correctly set.

I do a LOT of business with this location and I have to say… it’s a wonderful place. The GM and all of her staff do an amazing job providing a low pressure, helpful, and friendly experience each and every time I have been. I will continue to use The Castle as my primary dealer for both jewelry and firearms for a long time to come.

I love the Castle in Richmond! The manager, Randi, makes an effort to please and accommodate the customer. I found her to be very thorough and knowledgeable. I will be going back again!

We went to Castle today to look at solitaire’s because another place quoted a large amount for resizing since we didn’t purchase from there. We were going to put the ring away and wait until later to get it sized. Castle said they could size it for us and reasonably. Great customer service!!!

Very rude! My 75yr old mother stopped in there yesterday to get a battery put in her watch and was rudely told that they had customers go to a watch shop.

Monday night my husband came home really upset and all he could say was he tried to go somewhere to get me a gift but the woman who was working pretty much ran him out of the store and made him feel like scum. He wouldn't tell me where because he was afraid it would ruin the surprise but he finally told me today.

Repaired my ring that broke at the stem with a weld at no cost to me. I get my ring inspected and cleaned every two months and staff is always friendly.

Would not shop here their worker ryan castle is a known drug addict and alcoholic! Known for taking advantage of the elderly and would even rob her own mother if she had a chance! Most definitely stay clear of her if you do decide too go there

The Castle is the only place I buy jewelry! From the huge selection, that literally dwarfs that of retail stores like Kay's, or the rock bottom whole sale prices, I've never had a bad time shopping at the Castle. Their prices make me almost as happy as the jewelry makes my wife!
