Botany Bay Richmond ky is the best place. I was down there a few months back to visit my son @eku decided to stop in and first moment we walked in we was greeted to cool atmosphere with knowledgeable people who didnt judge was wonderful i recommend if ur in richmond ky The Botany Bay is place to go

I've been going to Botany Bay for YEARS. And I mean at least a decade. And I've always loved it. Loved the shop and loved the employees. I like it so much I've written reviews for them in the past about how great they are. Today changed my mind completely. I was told explicitly that I'm not allowed on my phone while I'm in the shop and was then yelled at while I walked out. It was absolutely disgraceful. Some new employee I've never seen before must be on some power trip,cause she was rude as heck. Even the other employee who was at the counter helping me looked at her crazy while she was chastising me and accusing me of "taking orders" on the phone. I was talking to MY MOM ?? At this point I don't know if I'll ever be back with the way she treated me. Which sucka because I've spent a lot there and it was my favorite shop. Sooooo disappointed. As a return customer for years, I can't believe the lack of respect and plain rudeness of who they are hiring.

I think its odd I've bought 3 apparatuses from here now that you no longer carry replacement parts for. its like you want the customer to keep buying new pieces, I remember one employee in particular who sold me the wrong coils I came back a hour later to return them and they told me they'd deduct the price off my second purchase, I then seen that employee whispering to another behind the desk checked my receipt after and I was charged for the full amount and they kept the item I returned. I will never give this place more money id recommend yall don't either!

Worst service I've ever experienced in a smoke shop. Staff was absolutely unbearable. The woman who I had to deal with clearly had zero clue what she was taking about and made that everybody's problem. Absolutely useless, rude, and just unpleasant staff. I wouldn't shop here again if they payed me an endorsement fee.

Customer service is trash here at this location. Employees are too high to answer questions. I asked a young man with dreadlocks the prices on delta 9 gummies and he couldn’t even tell me. Flat out lazy. The delta 9 gummies options here is a Joke. You can get THCA flower from other stores. Just not here. You can get delta 9 gummies without other additives from other stores as well just not here. Oh..and you can’t forget, you Can also get delta 9 drinks!! At other shops as well. You have to go all the way to Lexington to get better options. Every time I think this place will get better options, they continue to let me down. ?
